Can tickets be bought at the door?
Each session has limited patron numbers but if the session is not sold out tickets can be purchased for
$30 Per person 30 minutes prior to the start of each session. (Please remember only available if session is not sold out)
Will I need extra money?
The entry ticket covers all rides and performances, however extra money will be needed should you wish to purchase food and drink, items from the novelty shops or engage in carnival games.
Are ATMs provided?
An ATM will be on site for your convenience.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food or drink is not allowed other than special dietary or infants/toddlers food.
There will be a great selection of food and drink options available. No alcohol permitted.
Can I Smoke?
Crazy Fun Carnival is a smoke free event
Is there any free parking?
There is limited free parking available on site.
Is there facilities for wheelchairs?
There is wheelchair access and toilets on site but please note that certain amusement rides may not be accessible due to their engineered design.
Is there First Aid available?
Yes there is a first aid post on site at all times.
Will there be event entry queuing?
We have done every thing possible to ensure that long queues do not form and entry times are minimal.
There will be 3 access points for patrons with prepaid tickets, these will be open 30 minutes before the free activities begin.
When do the non-free games, novelty shops and food/drink open?
30 minutes before the start of the sessions these will be open for your enjoyment.
Are prams or stroller allowed?
They are allowed however it is appreciated, if possible, that the use of these is minimal to avoid congestion. Please note that we take no responsibility for unattended prams.
Is there a mix of rides for all ages?
We have ensured that all ages above 2 year olds are catered for. In some cases, like the Tea Cup ride, all ages can participate as adults can accompany their child.
However, for your safety there are rider requirements and restrictions for each ride. These can be seen at the entrance of each ride. Any height or age restriction will also be displayed at the ride on the day.
Will there be ride queues?
As there are many rides and patron numbers are limited wait times should be minimal but it is dependent on the number of patrons that the individual ride takes.
Can children enter without an adult?
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying supervising adult or guardian.
What if it is raining on the day?
In the world of show business the show must go on rain, hail or shine and there will be no refund of tickets due to poor weather.
Provision has been made for this eventuality and many of the amusements and rides can operate in wet weather.
Do I have to print my ticket?
Yes It is recommended that you do as this will make your entry to the session quicker and easier.
Can I show my ticket via smartphone?
You can use the barcode on your smart phone however please ensure that you have this ready to scan at the gate.
I've lost/not received my ticket?

My child just turned two, do I have to pay?
All children 2 and over must have their own ticket. Under 2 are free with a paying adult so you must have the relevant ticket and show proof of age of the child.
What if I cannot locate my child?
Should you not be able to locate your child please come to the Event Office or the first aid post and we will endeavor to assist you in every way possible.
Can we take photos and videos?
Yes, however we request that you only take photos or videos of your family members. Photography of others requires their expilict consent in writing.
